Workout Wednesday: Jump!

Today we’re all about jumping rope! Jump roping is an incredible, total body work out – and your prop is super portable, easy to clean, and can be used anywhere! In just 15 minutes, you can work multiple muscle groups, add tone and definition and get your cardio in. If you’re looking for variety, you can use jump roping as a warm up to your regular workout, while boosting your hand/ eye coordination, and agility. Want to increase intensity of your jump work out, or your warm up? Use a weighted rope! Possibly the greatest benefit for busy moms – you can involve your little ones!
