3 large red delicious apples, cored
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp stevia (optional)
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
Using a mandolin, slice the apples very thin (you can use a sharp knife)
Line slices on parchment paper (do not overlap), sprinkle cinnamon (and optional stevia) onto the slices.
Bake for 40-50 minutes
Flip apples, add cinnamon to the other side
Bake for another 40-50 minutes until slightly shriveled and light golden brown
Remove and allow to cool completely.
